Tata, a name that speaks of hardcore nationalism came to Team Multia looking for a unique solution. In turn, Multia onboarded me to come up with the central thought.

We looked at the brand ethos and what was expected of us. Upon initial research, we realized an old saying – ‘your employees are your first customers’ – fitting well here and coined the Dream Timeline.

Strategically created communication helped build awareness of Tata Mutual Fund Plans that would help the employees realize their dreams and map them according to their priorities.

This was followed by an official brochure explaining the idea.

The tactical campaign seemed to be an instant hit as we were roped in for multiple projects following this.

Aadicura, a super specialty hospital, onboarded us to create a brand identity that embodies its commitment to excellence and personalized care. The success story of Aadicura’s branding emerges from thorough research and collaborative interactions with the client to take a strategic branding approach, which conveys professionalism, trust, and compassion.
Through our strategic naming and branding approach, we crafted a distinctive identity that led to the recognition and admiration of the Aadicura brand, fostering trust and establishing Aadicura as a leading super specialty hospital.

The work began with naming the brand. The input on which we were working:

  • It has to sound timeless
  • It has to have an Indian touch
  • It has to be a unique word

This is what we came up with –

The clients found an instant connection and asked us whether we would like to take on a bigger role of collaborating in building the entire communication guideline for the brand.

Today, Aadicura stands tall and true to its name – is being a catalyst in healthcare – the one that takes care of all!
